Baby shower

I just came back from a baby shower, I left feeling thankful for all the friends who came to support Sarah at such a special time in her life.
It also got me thinking about womens circles, support and ritual around all these things. There are great books out there on the subject ,The Circle of stones is spine chilling "what would your life had been like if..." if you felt supported and cared for, respected . I am feeling the pull and tug to dig into my ansestoral past and feel a sense of belonging to a tribe and including the women in my life who I care so deeply about. Ceremony, ritual, sacredness.........much to consider.
